Our next guest is Robert Chapman, recent first prize winner of the 2018 Great Plains International Marimba Competition! Robert is an active educator in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and has studied with Mark Ford, Christopher Deane, Ed Smith, She-e Wu, and Tom Burritt, among others. He also takes an interest in world music, having pursued studies in steel pan and tabla.
